Mia’s POV

“Y-You gave it to her?” Veronica gasped in horror. “How is that possible?!”

My Alpha parents and all of Veronica’s friends looked at me with shock and disbelief, as if they just knew me this very day.

Draven glared at her, a storm looming in his dark eyes. “Are you questioning me?”

Veronica's legs went soft, and she nearly collapsed in fear.
