Meridith shook vigorously but just as she turned, the met the cold and bloody face of Alpha Damon.

Her legs turned into rubber.

Since when was he there standing and listening?

Meridith felt all her blood drained. She would pretend but his deep baritone voice stopped her from moving.

"Stop!!!" It was an order and she froze tight on her spot. In as much as she tried not to show her fears, it was impossible but thankfully, the dim darkness helped out.
