"Here. That's a portion of fertility. It is strong and only recommended if one of the couples has a problem that makes the child impossible" Meridith reminded what the healer had told her.

She smirked then, opened the lid of the bottle. She was so desperate that she drank the portion to half of the bottle even when three spoonful was the recommended dosage.

Meridith doesn't care.

Her wedding will take place next week. This week is their courting week. Meridith was just so excited because the only rule of courting week is that the Alpha will dedicate all of his personal time to his future Luna. That means that no sexual intimacies with the wretched slave.

Only Meridith will graze the king's bed during this period, not Daisy.

This is all more reason why Meridith needs the fertility portion to work. Since it's courting week, it has become a chore for the Alpha to have sexual intercourse with her.

And so, she wants to grab this opportunity because things keeps on changing everyday.
