Rechel's P O V

"Let him come?" His words shocked me.

"No! What are you doing?! How could you let someone come while I am like this?" I asked, trying to move, but his hand around my body stopped me.

"Let me go," I whispered, as my eyes went back to the door and then back to him. Gabrial can walk at any moment now.

"Stop moving and just stay still. " Damon's voice made me turn back to him from the door, as I forced down the lump in my throat.

"But..." I tried to argue back, but he cut me off, saying "Do you think I will allow anyone to look at you like this?! No! So just shout up and sit still". I don't know what happened, but suddenly, I started to trust him.

I just closed my eyes and pressed my face against his nape, feeling so embarrassed.

I could have fought and done everything in my hand if I had been in that state of mind.

I cringed hearing the door open, as I pressed against his nape even more, trying to hide my embarrassing moment even though I knew I couldn't do it.
