Her observations led her to believe that the problem stemmed from their mothers. Just by looking at Phoebe, Scarlett could clearly see that she wasn't a good person. Apart from inappropriately seducing men left and right and stirring up conflicts between members of her own family, she dared not imagine what else the woman was capable of.

Scarlett recalled how Phoebe had found her and accused her of what had happened between Monica and Jonathan.
