'' Son, I am your father, you have to trust me. Marrying that girl can only bring nothing but disaster. She is not for you. Xander trusted me on this,'' My day let out and I rolled my eyes.

'' I thought you had something reasonable to say, I thought your reasons were going to be good, because of the look in your eyes,'' I let out.

'' Son, you have to trust me, I want what is best for you,'' my dad said.

'' Nothing you have ever done has been best for me, father, so you are not changing my mind. I love this girl. I have always loved her, and I am going to ask her to be my wife.'' I let out and my dad looked all broken and surprisingly concerned. I knew there was more to this than he was telling me, but I was not going to force it, because I knew his reason wasn't going to stop me from marrying Bella anyway.
