5- Blackmailing to get a new phone

She then visited the big house, wondering how rich people's lives would be. She reached the balcony. The time she glanced at the big pool, her jaw dropped in amazement.

"Wow! He is living his greatest life." She voiced envy with her longing eyes. Meanwhile, she blinked like something struck in front of her eyes.

"One sec!" A crocodile smile peeked at her lips. "I can have this luxury life for one year, and that handsome man is my husband. Wow! What a luck!" She amazed herself.

She veered around the room, which was allocated to her. She found plenty of beautiful dresses in the wardrobe. She chose one and changed into it from the wedding dress. She then headed downstairs with the joyful jump on the staircases.

Suddenly, she halted, hooking her confused eyes at the big TV screen. "I don't have a phone. How do I proud myself by bragging about this wonderful house to my friend?"

"I have a billionaire man as my husband." She voiced well-pleasedly throwing herself on the sofa. She then turned on the TV using a remote and began to reap the benefits of being a billionaire wife.

The clock arrow approached number 8. Abby kept peeking at the door, expecting Steven's car.

Expectedly, the car engine sound hit her ear. She ran, jumped on the sofa, and sat straight.

Steven appeared to be tired when he entered. Loosening the necktie, he came and sat on the empty one-seated sofa while she was seated on the three-seated sofa.

A deep sigh escaped his lips, disclosing his weary.

She came and stood in front of him.

Steven looked up at her puppy eyes and was in the charge to bargain something.

"Spit it!" He said it with a straight face.

She extended her arms towards him. Spreading her palm to him, she darely asked, "Give me your black card."

"Why?" He questioned her instantly, giving her an authoritative glaze.

"I left my phone at my house. I need a phone to contact my friends." She presented him with the reason.

"There is no such a rule like that in your contract." Steven refused her pointedly.

"You are the one who cross-lined every rule. Don't you remember that day I asked you about wealth? I meant it. Yours belongs to me until this contract finishes." She courageously enunciated her side.

"I didn't sign up for this," Steven kept going for honesty.

At the time, she noticed Steven's phone at the sofa table puzzling. She reached it before his hand could get a hold of it.

"Give it to me!" He commented.

"Give me your black card first."

He sighed. Using his power, he dragged his phone from her grip effortlessly, causing Abby to be surprised with confusion.

Abby gave a gawp eye as he proudly leaned back, showing his phone in his grip.

Frustration almost rode to her head. Without thinking straight, she grabbed his thing between his legs, saying dearestly, "Don't make your wife mad, my dear."

His grip loosened instantly, and he choked up with his shocked eyes fixed on her teasing gaze.

"I got it!" She picked up his phone immediately and hid it behind her, making sure that it didn't catch his sight.

"You are taking advantage of me!" Steven voiced slightly mad.

Leaning further closer to his furious-looking face, she declared with a smile, "We are husband and wife, Steven."

Letting out a sigh, he bit his lower teeth, which exposed his annoyance. He grasped her hair, pulled her closer to him, and profounded, "How about I'm doing my duty as a husband?"

As her aghast gaze fixed on his infuriated eyes, she failed to drift apart from him because his handsomeness somewhat attracted her without her permission. However, she managed to hide it after a few seconds.

"Aish! Pervert!" She cursed him and laid back immediately.

As he glared at her intensively, she yelled at him, "Don't change the topic! Hand me your black card."

"I can't!" He said it strictly and abandoned his phone, knowing her adamant.

"Then I will take it myself!" She firmly declared and threw the phone on the sofa and began to search his pants pocket and shirt pocket as he sat, letting her do whatever she wanted.

She ended up empty-handed. She then went upstairs to his room, searched all over the house, and almost went out of breath. Gasping and with a weary body, she came downstairs with an empty hand.

Looking at Steven enjoying the TV show carefreely, a harsh, heavy, angry breath released her lips. She breathed the fire out furiously, staring at him.

At the time, she spotted the collection of old bots and drawing books lined up on the bookshelves. A smirk was born at the corner of her lips as she looked at the old-designed flower bot.

*Crash!*

Steven turned to that crumble sound only to find his long-time favourite bot got smashed.

He scoffed in anger. His outraged stare pierced at Abby, whose hand was reaching for another bot.

"Aii!" He extended his arms to use his power.

Unfortunately, her hand sped up.

*Crash!*

Another flower bot also crumbled.

She went for the next one.

"No!"

He shouted, reverberating the whole house; even that shuddered her.

But when his tensed eye glimpsed at her, she masked her face to the sarcastic one quickly.

"I will give you my black card. Buy whatever you want!" He pressurised each word viciously, biting his teeth fiercely.

Both Abby and Steven went inside the mobile store, which looked luxurious, where only rich people were allowed inside.

"Give me the latest model of iPhone, which is costly like a billionaire and millionaire purchase." Abby gave a detailed explanation of what she expected. Her innocent, proud smile enunciated her cuteness. However, only Steven knows what he went through for this.

Steven sighed as if he had no choice but to go along with her.

That boy put the latest model on the table surface. "This is the latest model, which is costly like billionaire and millionaire purchases, madam."

She got a hold of it and twisted the backside front and the front side back, giving a checking stare. A slight disappointment crawled on her face.

"Won't these covers made of gold?" With brightly expectation-lustring eyes, she queried, earning a disgusted gaze from that boy while Steven looked away deliberately in embarrassment.

"No mam. We don't sell like that." That boy answered her, observing that her curiosity hadn't faded away yet.

"Oh," she voiced like she accepted as if she had no choice. "Okay, I will take this one then." She informed Steven.

Steven snatched that phone and turned it on. He then sat back at one of the sofas, which were placed for the. Customers.

"We do that service, sir." That boy tried to explain.

"I won't trust anyone. Let me handle it by myself." Steven rudely dodged his offer and continued to restart the phone as Abby watched him get ready the phone by himself seriously.

Steven then installed the necessary apps and saved his number under his name, 'Steven.' Thereafter, he adjusted the settings while Abby watched him curiously.

A few minutes later...

"Finished!" He announced and handed the black card to that boy.

Abby brought her phone from his hand and got enthusiastic with the new iPhone.

After settling the payment, they returned to the house.

"I have an exam tomorrow. If you awaken before me, don't forget to wake me up." Abby informed him before stepping inside her room.

Steven went inside without even sparing time to listen to her. He purposely did it.
