"I should have known that it would boil down to you chasing us out simply because it's your husband's office, but it's none of your fault. It's Aiden's fault for letting us have this discussion with you." Mr. Hawthorne clicked his tongue, his eyes fixated on Marina as he wondered when she had gotten the guts to be staring at him right inside his eyes.
