"What?" Jason asked startled at her sudden confession. He was thrown back. What did she mean by what she just said?

She took a deep breath. She was prepared for his worst reaction but she was not sure she could handle it. If it were her she would be very furious too.

"You won't move?"

"Would you move if you were me? I would have to leave all my grandparents and parents have built over the years. All I have done to ensure it remains standing"

Jason's face shows that he is still trying his best to comprehend her words. He was confused. Why did she come to the conclusions and most importantly why did she come to that conclusion?

"Can you do it if you were me? Leave all the produce of this hard work and move across the world?" she asked raising her eyebrow.

Her hand went to his over the table. She covered his with her hand and squeezed it gently. "I love you and I really mean it but..." she said as she trailed off.
