"Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?" she asked shocked at his request.

From books and movies, the term was always that they break up when they began to feel something for each other but he wanted to sustain the relationship despite the change of emotions.

"I don't care the way it is normally, that is my term" he said turning his lips into a thin line. "Aren't you going to write that down?" he asked when he saw that she did not make a move or sound.

"Yes sir, I will," she said blinking multiple times.

"Okay so let's move on you" he said leaning back into the chair.

"Onto me?" she asked hand on her chest in confusion.

"Yes aren't you going to tell me your terms?" he asked with a small laugh at her confusion.

"Oh yes" she said clapping her hands together.

"Let's hope they are all reasonable terms" he added in a murmur.

"First" she said ignoring his comment and moving on. She did not understand the courage she had to go on with this after the term he had given her. If not that
