Book Two Branch One Hundred and Ninety Eight

"Can we talk?" Anette asked crossing her hand across her chest as Joshua came down from the car.

"What's this about make it quick," Joshua said dismissively.

"Are we going to talk about it here?" she said gesturing to the company. "Shouldn't you at least invite me in for a cup of coffee?"

"Come in," Joshua said walking into the office.

Anette smiled at Aletta and then walked ahead. Aletta followed them behind like they were leading her.

"I will have a cup of coffee, with two cubes of sugar and one teaspoon of powdered milk" Anette said glancing at Aletta as they entered Joshua's office.

Aletta was about to say something but decided against it. There were a lot of watching eyes around them so she did not need to make a screen here because she was sure that Anette would blow everything out of proportion. She did not need the eyes of everyone on her.

Aletta took two cups and prepared the coffee just the way Joshua liked it and then went into the office after a slight knock on the door.
