That wasn't going to suffice. "Love doesn't cut it most times," I replied angrily before heaving a deep sigh so that I didn't come across as a problematic fellow. Not a lot of things required immediate action. Sometimes, it was good to leave a lot unsaid so that there weren't any worries.

"I guess what I'm trying to make you understand is that... I would like my opinions to be taken into consideration. I know that you love me. You might want to pay deeper attention to my needs. I'm not done irrational being that would deliberately want to stir up strife simply because I want to. Believe me when I say that I don't like friction between us... I just hate it when I'm not being heard." I flung my arms in the air.
