Chapter 13 - Will to Live

Lorenzo rarely went to the hospital. Any medical care was done at home due to the mafia. Only in more urgent cases, their members were taken to a special hospital.

The place was noisy, with several emergencies happening in the emergency room. They went through there, until they reached the treatment room where there was no one.

Cassandra sat in a comfortable black armchair, and Lorenzo sat next to her in a chair. They did not have time to talk at all, as a brunette woman, wearing a lab coat, arrived in the room and greeted the young woman.
