Frustrated, Melody poked at Abigail's head. "What's your level of desire got to do with this? You hadn't shared a special moment with anyone before, and now you can't even with your husband. Without divorce or an affair, you'll never experience what real closeness is, you get that?"

In a whisper, Abigail responded, "If I don't experience it, it doesn't affect me."

Melody retorted,"You might not care now because you're young. But when you get older, you'll realize how important it is."

Nonchalantly, Abigail said, "We'll cross that bridge when we get there."

Melody proposed, "How about using his money to keep a boy toy?"

The suggestion shocked Abigail into jumping up. She quickly rushed to the door, checking outside to ensure Xander was not there. Heart still racing, she warned, "Mel, we can't talk like that anymore!" If Xander found out she was considering having a boy toy, he might do more than just kiss her next time. It was nearly impossible to predict his actions.
