Abigail followed Xander's stare to look into the distance.

The Zane Tower was the landmark and the tallest building in Florivera. From their location, it seemed like the whole of Florivera was at their feet.

It was an amazing feeling.

But after a brief moment of that wonderful feeling, an endless sense of emptiness followed. Standing at the top alone came with a sense of loneliness and emptiness.

Abigail guessed that Xander was probably feeling very empty and lonely.

She slightly raised her head to look at him. "Mr. Zane, what are you thinking? Do you mind telling me?"

Xander stared at her moving mouth. Her lower lip was red. And there was a clear injury. It was a mark left by him from unintentionally biting her too hard.

"I'm talking to you. Why are you looking at me like that? Is there something dirty on my face?" She thought, 'Can this man stop looking at me like he wants to do something inappropriate to me?
