"Xander, calm down." Dr. Sander signaled the doctor to leave. She continued to say, "Let me tell you what's happening."

"You tell me!" His tone was so cold that it seemed like he was telling Dr. Sander that if she could not give him an explanation, he would be unkind to her too.
