AMORE

"Then it's settled your engagement is in two days," Mr Romano said.

"Your Mother, Bridget, Elena and Briana will accompany you tomorrow to buy your wedding dress and accessories, "Dad said and I nodded.

"Can we invite some family friends to join?"Bridget who happens to be Mr Romano's wife asked and my Mom nodded.

"Well if that's all I'm leaving, "I said and tried to move but Axel held my shoulder and glared at me.

"Whatever, "I said and stood by him.

They decided that we choose the bride's wedding accessories from Mio Amore boutique which happened to be one of my boutiques here.

I didn't pay attention to anything they were saying my head was on Axel's shoulder who was typing on his phone all the time.

"Well then see you in two days Riley"Mr Romano said with a smile and I gave him a fake one in return. We walked them to the door and they left peacefully and I went straight to my bedroom and took a shower and went straight to bed.

"Riley wake up and get ready we have to go to the boutique to get your dress" I heard Mom say making me groan. I got up and walked into the bathroom and did my morning routine.

I was dressed in a black mid-thigh dress with black knee-length heel and I did a smokey eye for my make up.

I walked downstairs and had breakfast with Mom, Dad and Axel. We finished and I left the house with Mom to go to the boutique. The ride was silent because we were both on our phones.

We finally arrived at the boutique and the Romano's and their family friends were also there. Mom and I walked to them and the family friends were also blonde and also wore skimpy clothes and caked up face.

"Good Morning ladies, "Mom said with a fake smile and they all returned it.

"Alexa will be here any minute now can we wait for a while?"The elderly family friend said and Mom nodded.

"I'm here, "A familiar voice said and I turned and saw Alexa my friend from College.

"Alexa?" "Riley?" we both asked at the same time. She run and hugged me.

"It's been a long time since I saw you," She said and I laughed it's not actually that long we met two weeks ago.

"Okay we can go in now since Alexa is here," Bridget said and we nodded.

In front of the boutique had a big sign with Mio Amore Boutique written on it.

We walked inside and Rachel my assistant walked towards us.

"Miss Greene welcome?"She greeted with a smile.

"how do you know her?" the young Romano asked.

"she's the own-" "that's enough please take us to the wedding section," I said cutting her off.

She directed us there and I looked at the dresses and they were all good I mean I designed them so it is going to be good.

Mom showed her friends the engagement invitation card sample and it was nice not too elegant and I liked it.

It was finally my engagement day and the invitations to the engagement party had already been sent out to everyone. Xavier will be coming to pick me up and send me to their mansion where the engagement party is being held. My parents and Axel left an hour ago when my make up was being done and I was finally done with everything and I was already dressed waiting for Xavier to come and pick me up.

I heard the doorbell ring which means Xavier was already here. I grabbed my purse and walked down the stair and opened the door and Xavier stood there with an annoyed look on his face. I rolled my eyes at him and glared at me which I gladly returned. He was dressed in a black Armani suit with a black shirt

"My Dad said I should give you this," he said pulling out a diamond ring from his pocket.

He placed the ring on my finger and he held my hand and directed me to his black Audi R8. He opened the door for me and I got in and then I noticed a person from the paparazzi hiding in a tree. Oh, so that's why he is such a gentleman to me.

He got in and drove to his house. I took my phone and did what I did best. Take pictures.

Finally, we got to his house and it was swarmed with paparazzi. Can't these people worry about their own lives?

Xavier got out and walked to my side and opened the door and helped me out and suddenly I became blind just kidding the paparazzi began flashing their cameras at us and I just looked down till we passed them and I rose my head and we were now in front of a huge double-sided door.

Xavier made a call and the host started speaking.

"And now the reason we're all gathered here today let's welcome Mr Xavier De Luca Romano and his fiance Miss Riley Amore De La Rosa Greene," he said and Xavier linked his arm with mine and the doors opened and the guests clapped and we walked in.

We walked towards our parents and greeted them and they gave us their blessings.

The party went on with people congratulating us on our engagement and asking us about how we met and the only thing we said was we met through our parents business meeting which was held at my house and we started going out after that night and we gradually fell in love with each other and he finally asked me to marry him and I said yes.

Well, everything is true except the falling in love part and he asking me to marry him and me saying yes okay maybe I did say yes but not because he asked me to marry him.

I spotted Xavier with two guys and Alexa's slutty little sister and Xavier's slutty little sister. I was currently with Alexa, Elena who is Xavier's sister who was born after him and a couple of their friends and may I tell you they were cool.

Alexa hated Brianna who happens to be Xavier's slutty little sister and Elena also hated Brittany who is Alexa's little sister well they both dislike their sisters because they are just like their mothers. I wouldn't say something like this to someone even if she's a slut.

"Riles ready to go?"Axel said coming towards us.

"Hey Alexa," he said waving at her and she waved back.

"I'll call you guys later," I said and hugged them and I left with Axel who was walking towards Xavier so no one will suspect anything.

"We're leaving, "Axel said and Xavier nodded and walked towards me and kissed me.
