14. I - The Good Mother

Aranjo no longer wanted to get into trouble, so she obeyed the word of the Wind Goddess and did not set foot in the main residence.

In the city of Danzou, precisely in a shabby hut. Thunderous thunder greeted the birth of a very beautiful baby girl. The shaman who helped with the birth was amazed at the beauty of the tiny baby.

"A baby girl, Madam!" said The Shaman while cleaning and wrapping the little baby.

Mrs. Ji stretched out her hand and welcomed the baby who was already wrapped in a soft blanket. It doesn't matter if the baby is a boy or a girl. She was able to get pregnant after she was old and it was the most beautiful blessing she received.

Mrs. Ji hugged the baby, and saw that the baby had such a beautiful appearance.

"I'll call Mr. Ji!" The shaman came out of the room to call Mr. Ji.

Mr. Ji is a middle-aged man and works as a farmer by profession. The man ran and hurriedly opened the door of the room. Mr. Ji walked over to Mrs. Ji and stared joyfully at the little baby.

The husband and wife hugged each other, they were grateful that God was so generous, entrusting them with this baby girl.

"What shall we name him?" asked Mr. Ji looking at the wife.

As if in a whisper, the two, Mr. Ji and Mrs. Ji simultaneously mentioned one name.

"ARANJO!"

"ARANJO!"

The beautiful baby was named Aranjo. The baby had a birthmark on his chest in the shape of a feather and the birthmark was bright red.

In the sky realm, Ara who had always been calm, but not after knowing Aranjo in-law. In fact, the young goddess had already served her sentence in the mortal world.

Ara did not know what was happening, because at the time of the incident, the Goddess of the wind asked him to go in search of spiritual grass. Ara was suspicious, because the place where the spiritual grass grew, was in the most distant place in the sky realm.

When he returned, it was too late, Aranjo had received punishment.

Ara ran out of the night God's residence, himself running into the hall of the sky realm.

The figure that Ara wanted to meet was there. Ara didn't bother to salute, he had already humbled himself in this celestial realm for Aranjo's sake.

"Emperor! What happened to Aranjo? Isn't it, the Emperor promised the Demon King would take care of Aranjo!" Ara exclaimed loudly.

"Presumptuous!!!" shouted the Celestial Emperor standing before the Emperor.

When the celestial warrior heard that the celestial Emperor was angry, he used a spear to block Ara right away.

The emperor raised his hand to ask the soldiers to retreat. Likewise with the Heavenly Emperor, he turned around and left the Emperor and Ara.

"Emperor! I beg the Emperor's mercy! Let Aranjo return to the sky realm!" Ara spilled out his heart while prostrating before the Emperor.

"Aranjo has agreed to accept the punishment! So, nothing else can be done!" the Emperor said coldly, then walked out of the hall.

Ara felt tears running down her face, she was very sad. Ara believes that all this is a trap for her sister or the Goddess of the Wind.

Ara ran and climbed so many stairs, to reach the portal hole.

Upon arrival, Ara no longer finds Aranjo. Ara was very panicked and approached the Guardian Goddess of the portal.

"Where to ... Where did the Goddess send Aranjo?" Ara asked very anxiously.

"Danzou City! She was born to be human! Not to worry, Aranjo is destined to hurt the feelings of the weak-hearted humans who love her!" The Goddess said

"What is ... was it the Emperor who allowed the Goddess to tell me all about it?" asked Ara. Usually, things related to redemption in the mortal world are kept very secret, because it can change the destiny of the God or goddess who undergoes redemption.

"The emperor advised, Ara can visit Aranjo in the mortal world, but after Aranjo turns 15 years old!" the Goddess is back.

"Why?" asks Ara curiously.

"Because after Aranjo turns 15, then her memory as a goddess will return!" obviously the Goddess then disappeared, leaving Ara alone.

That means the Emperor made Aranjo remember all the suffering in the mortal world. As a very cruel punishment, Ara felt scared and hugged herself.

Ara will have to be patient for another 15 days. 15 days in the celestial realm is equal to 15 years in the mortal world. Ara will visit Aranjo after 15 days.

Mrs. Ji cried out to her only daughter.

Aranjo laughs happily, herself being chased by a raging goose. Aranjo plucked the goose's tail feathers, and she ended up chasing the goose.

"What is it, Mom?" Aranjo asked Mrs. Ji.

"Tomorrow is your 15th birthday! Quickly go to your lady's tavern and buy flour! Mom will bake a cake for you tomorrow!" The mother said

Aranjo hugged her mother tightly, saying, "Mom is the best!"

After gently kissing her mother's cheek, Aranjo ran to the shop, as mom said.

The family is small and modest, but very warm and attentive. Luckily, Aranjo was born into this family. Aranjo can feel the affection of her parents, Ara said in her heart.

Ara always comes secretly to see Aranjo. She hid behind a tree and saw how Aranjo grew up. At tomorrow's Aranjo, Ara will be 15 years old and at that moment, Ara will show herself.

The next day, Aranjo woke up and moved on as usual. However, today Aranjo felt that her head was very heavy, but she was still able to withstand that disturbing feeling.

Aranjo goes to the river to wash clothes. When she arrived at the river bank, her head suddenly felt dizzy and her body splashed into the river. The people who were around the river panicked and shouted her name.

Aranjo splashed into the river, the cold water seemed to bite her whole body.

Aranjo was half conscious, her memory as the Goddess of the celestial realm beginning to return. Slowly but surely, she remembered clearly, until the moment she jumped into the portal hole.

Aranjo felt someone pulling her to the surface of the water.

She is still trying to accept the memories that come to her insistently.

Aranjo felt her body placed on the grass. The sunlight dazzled her eyes, Aranjo slowly adjusted her gaze, and the first figure she saw was Ara.

"A-ra!" Aranjo whispered stammering.

Ara crouched down beside her and helped her up. A lot of people surrounded them, so they didn't say anything.

People return to their activities after making sure they are okay.

"You remember me?" asked Ara when they both lived.

"I remember everything!" said Aranjo coldly.
