Sebastian POV

My eyes lingered on Ember's unconscious face. Her lips were pale and bluish and her palms cold. I would've thought she'd died if not for her chest that kept rising and falling as she breathed.

“Why are hands this cold?” I muttered, trying to warm them up by exhaling on them, trying to use the warmth from my mouth to heat them up a little.
