Chapter 44

Arthur and I both suddenly looked towards him. Charlie was slowly standing up. His murderous eyes looked at Arthur's hand gripping my chin.

Perhaps Arthur's push woke Charlie up somewhat, or Charlie's consciousness forced him to stand up and protect me.

In just a blink of an eye, Charlie turned into a wolf and attacked Arthur. Arthur pushed me away. I staggered backward. When I opened my eyes again, I saw two wolves fighting each other. One black wolf is Arthur, and the other wolf is dark blue.

They were so fast that I couldn't see clearly how they attacked each other, but I knew that they were all very strong because, after a few minutes, they all had bleeding wounds on their bodies.
