Chapter 26

I knew Rosabella wouldn't let me go that simply. I'm worried about what bad things will happen to me. I thought if I stayed in my room, Rosabella wouldn't be able to do anything to me, but I was wrong.

The next day, while I was sleeping, I was awakened by a knock on the door. I sat up in surprise just in time to see my room door fall to the floor.

Two maids proudly entered my room. One of the two said arrogantly, "Follow us!"

"Where to go? Why should I follow you? Who are you?" I was panicked and not yet awake from my sleep.

I all know the servants in this palace. Two servants appeared in my room at an extraordinary time. I had never seen them before, so I was very suspicious.

They frowned when they heard me ask.

"If you refuse to cooperate, don't blame me for hitting you."

The other girl seemed impatient, saying to someone threatening me, "Don't talk too much to that kind of lowly person. Let's knock her out and bring her to Lady's place."
