THIRD PERSON POV

Jason and Fiona seemed to have exchanged glances, Jason understood the risk at hand but he felt it was better to prove them wrong if the blood oath was the only way out.

"We are aware of the dangers," Jason responded calmly. "We've faced countless dangers on our own, and we've seen the horrors the rogues are capable of. We're prepared to face whatever challenges come our way. We're not looking for an easy life, but rather a purposeful one, where we can make a difference and protect those who can't protect themselves."

Scott remained skeptical, his eyes still fixed on Jason. "Joining a pack is a lifelong commitment," he cautioned. "It means putting your life on the line for the pack and abiding by its rules and hierarchy. It's not a decision to be taken lightly."

Before Scott or Fiona could say anything more, Jason grabbed the knives from the back of Scott's pocket before slicing his palm open.
