CHAPTER 114

THIRD PERSON POV

The night was cold but Hercules seemed to be swirling each corner of his bed nonstop while sweat seemed to prickle down his cheeks.

Hercules' breaths came in rapid gasps as he jolted awake, the cold night air chilling the sweat on his cheeks. The darkness surrounded him as he tried to catch his breath, his heart pounding loudly in his chest.

He still wondered why he was being tormented by his father's image so much. Even in his nightmare, he was still trying to catch his breath when his room door began to show shadows of men with weapons and masks.

Hercules' eyes widened in terror as he saw the shadows approaching his room. Fear gripped his heart, and he quickly scrambled out of bed, trying to find a way to defend himself. His mind raced, wondering if the rogue werewolves had finally caught up with him.
