2024-10-29 19:42:56I WAS BROUGHT BACK to reality when I felt a slimy-liquid substance dripping down my face. I slowly opened my eyes while laying on my back on the floor. The lights went back as to why the surroundings were brighter than they were before consciousness left my body. When my vision cleared, the first thing I saw was a man's face staring at me worriedly. His face was showing how worried and restless he was to see me in this position. My brow furrowed when I noticed how drenched he was from the rain, I suppose.
"Enzo, are you okay?" Aiden asked, fretfully. I wasn't able to give him my response when I noticed the bruises and breakages that showed some of the metals under the silicon skin.
"Wait, what happened to you?" Even though my body couldn't handle the pain I received from the culprit's hands, I still tried to lift myself up to check if he was okay. Unfortunately, my energy wasn't enough to get up.
