Three days before the annual ball of the northwest packs, the werewolves in the Moon Stone Pack were seen getting busy preparing for their annual ball. The Raymond house, where the event took place, was already busy with red and black-themed decorations inside and out.
“How was the preparation? Were there any problems?” Raymond Asher took a sip of the black coffee, then glanced at his wife, Florencia.
“So far, everything is going well.”
“Good. Make sure everything goes well as planned. Let me know right away if there’s a problem.”
Without waiting for an answer from Florencia, Raymond immediately got up from his seat and walked out of the dining room.
After Raymond left, Florencia called out to Calista who was standing behind.
“Calista, what about the banquet I mentioned yesterday?”
“According to the previously agreed schedule, the raw materials for the foods and cakes will be delivered this afternoon. While for snacks and drinks, it arrived yesterday afternoon.”
“Okay. Once everything arrives, set it up right away.”
“Yes, Mrs Asher.”
Then, Florencia turned her head to the right and left, looking for Agatha who had been invisible to her senses. “Where is Agatha?”
“Oh she’s in the backyard, Mrs. Decorating the outdoor area with a red theme.”
“Still not done yet? Isn't the theme for outdoors black?”
“Yes, but there was a sudden change requested by Miss Elena last night.”
Florencia was silent for a moment. her only daughter had not told her anything about this change. At first, the plan was that the indoor theme would be red, while the outdoor theme would be black.
The reason behind the choice of this color was determined on Raymond's behalf. Because the color that has been chosen was in accordance with the theme of this party, strength and courage.
“Why didn’t you tell me first about the change?”
“I wanted to, but Miss Elena told me not to let you know, Mrs. I do apologize.” Calista bowed her head, feeling sorry for not asking Florencia's permission first.
Florencia sighed while massaging her forehead. Then she got up from her seat, and walked straight to the backyard to meet Agatha.
“Stop it!”
Hearing Florencia's voice, Agatha and the others stopped their hand movements and turned to the luna. They immediately bowed politely, while waiting for the luna to walk towards them. Then a hard slap was heard that made everyone there startle with their faces still bowed.
“You'd better let me know about all these changes before doing it! No matter what Elena says, all approvals are still in the hands of me and Raymond!”
Agatha bit her lip, holding back the pain from the hard slap Florencia had just given her. It was not her intention to act like that, Agatha also knew that all approvals remained in the hands of the alpha and the luna. However, Elena insisted on forcing her to finish what she had asked. She had no other choice but to obey the girl.
With her head still bowed, Agatha apologized for something that was not entirely her fault. “I do apologize, Mrs Asher. It’s all my fault.”
Florencia raised her head for a short while, let out a rough breath, and then walked away, leaving Agatha and the others behind. Meanwhile, Calista, who had been standing at the back watching, began to approach her daughter.
“Oh my, your cheeks are flushed!” Calista looked very worried as she cupped both of Agatha's cheeks with her hands.
Agatha forced a smile, holding both of her mom's hands that were still on her cheeks. “It’s okay, Mom. I’m okay.”
“No, you are not. Let’s come with me.” Calista took Agatha to the cabin to get her cheek compressed, then left the others.
A wicked smile was etched on the pretty face of a girl who had been watching from the window of her room. Elena, the girl, was satisfied that her plan to get Agatha scolded by her mother had worked. From the start, his order to change the outdoor theme to red was deliberately done just to troll Agatha.
“Poor Agatha, haha!”
Then, preparations continued. The outdoor area that had changed its theme to red, was now back to black. Fortunately, Agatha hadn't changed too much, so it didn't take too long to change it back to the original theme.
***
The day before the event, all the preparations were fully completed. The werewolves who had been helping with the preparations for the past few days were all smiling with relief as they sat together in the backyard.
Due to feeling tired and finding it difficult to breathe freely, Agatha removed her mask to breathe in some fresh air. A faint sigh of relief could be heard, Agatha smiled slightly and then looked up while closing her eyes.
A few minutes later, footsteps were heard approaching towards the backyard. The other werewolves who realized her arrival, immediately stood up and bowed politely in greeting. While Agatha, still unaware of her presence.
Without Agatha realizing it, the figure who had just arrived deliberately began to spill water over her face which was still looking up, managed to make the girl immediately stutter and wipe her face roughly.
Agatha was surprised when it was Elena who arrived. She immediately got up from her seat and looked down.
“Why don’t you use your mask?!” Elena looked very angry because Agatha did not do her order to always wear a mask in the pack.
Hearing it, Agatha immediately put her wet mask back on, and apologized. “S-sorry, Elena. I'm really sorry. I only took it off briefly because I was a little tired and had trouble breathing while wearing the mask.”
“That's just your excuse!”
Of course Elena didn't believe Agatha's words. More precisely, she never believed her. The blonde girl immediately grabbed Agatha's hair so that Agatha was forced to look up in pain and embarrassment at the other werewolves.
Unexpectedly, Elena pulled out a small knife from her pocket and pointed it at Agatha's beautiful face. The urge to rip off Agatha's face with the small knife began to overwhelm Elena.
“What if I made this face more attractive?” Elena rubbed the knife into Agatha's face, which immediately made her scared.
“W-what are you going to do?!”
Elena smiled meaningfully. “Isn't the reason you took off your mask to draw the attention of the alpha of all the packs that are coming this afternoon?”
Agatha frowned, then shook her head quickly. “No, that's not what I meant at all. I really just wanted to breathe more freely because I was tired, Elena. Really, I'm not lying. Please, forgive me.”
“No. There's no second chance.” Elena began to scrape the knife against Agatha's cheek.
Agatha hissed, feeling the growing pain from the wound on her cheek. Fresh blood could be seen running down the girl's gaunt cheek. Meanwhile, Elena smiled with satisfaction, then released her grasp on Agatha's hair roughly.
The other werewolves who were there, did not dare to stop the daughter of the alpha. They could only watch the craziness of Elena's actions on Agatha.
After being satisfied with her action, Elena quickly left Agatha who was now sitting limply on the grass clutching her cheek.
Another omega of the same age approached Agatha with a worried look on her face. “Agatha! Sorry, we couldn’t help. Are you okay? Do you need help?”
But whereas normally Agatha would say that she was fine, now she didn't answer at all. The omega who had just asked, realized that Agatha was not okay. So, she took the initiative to take the medicine box in the house.
As soon as the omega left, Agatha transformed into a wolf shape because she felt very desperate and tired of all the ways Elena had treated her. She immediately ran away leaving the alpha's house without heeding the calls of the other werewolves who tried to stop her.
She kept running until she didn't realize that she had entered the forest. Agatha's running speed slowed down even more, until it finally came to a complete stop. Her breathing labored, so she decided to return to her human form and made a piece of wood her seat.
After running for some distance, Agatha's feelings slowly got better. She tried to breathe in the air around her which felt very soothing, while closing her eyes. And suddenly, water droplets from last night's leftover rain, accidentally greeted the wound on Agatha's cheek.
“Ssh … should this wound be healed first?” Agatha carefully touched her own wound.
She sighed. There was no way she was going back just to heal her wounds. Moreover, Elena would definitely not stay silent if they met again. It was better for Agatha to stay here for a while, then when it started to get dark, she would go back home.
Three hours later. Agatha had just woken up from her accidental sleep. She blinked her eyes a few times, trying to regain full consciousness.
“How long have I been asleep?” Agatha stood up, then stretched her body to the right and left.
After regaining consciousness, Agatha slowly stepped her feet to walk through the forest. She wanted to take a walk first before actually returning to her home.
Then, when she arrived at a place, her steps suddenly stopped. Her mouth opened, her eyes lit up, amazed at what she was currently seeing.
“Wah!”
She found a beautiful hot spring filled with rocks and shady trees surrounding it. Without hesitation, Agatha walked straight over and began to take off her clothes. She brought her steps into the hot spring slowly.
“Ah, so fresh!”
Agatha's smile broadened. Her mood was now completely better. She could feel her body relax as she soaked in the hot springs. She closed her eyes, trying to enjoy every bit of water that gently touched her skin.
However, for some reason she suddenly felt bad. Agatha felt like she was being watched by someone from a distance. She finally opened her eyes and looked around. And sure enough, in the distance, there was a wolf staring at her.
A big handsome wolf, with black hair and a pointed nose. She did not expect to encounter that wolf. Avoiding his gaze, Agatha hurried up and put her clothes back on. She rushed to hide herself and ran back home.
“Hm … I smell my mate's scent from her,” Chris muttered, while watching Agatha who had moved away from him.
That's right, the wolf who had been watching Agatha was Chris, the alpha of the Blood Moon Pack. On his way to the Moon Stone Pack, Chris accidentally smelled his mate’s scent in the forest he was passing through. He tried to find the source of the smell, and found a girl soaking in the hot spring, that was Agatha.
“Ah shit! Why don't you go after her, Chris?!” his monologue.
Chris then changed his form into a human, and ruffled his hair. He was so mesmerized by Agatha's beauty as well as her beautiful body, that he forgot that he had to greet her.
Then, Chris transformed back into a wolf, and tried to chase after Agatha who had disappeared from his sight earlier. But as it turned out, he couldn't find Agatha and could no longer smell her.
“Can we meet again?”
Because he had tried to look for her and still did not find her, Chris finally gave up and decided to continue his journey to the Moon Stone Pack.
Upon arrival, Chris was immediately welcomed by Raymond and his family, including Elena. The girl was seen trying to steal Chris's attention with quite excessive makeup and also a dress with a lot of floral motifs.
“Welcome to the Moon Stone Pack, Chris.” Raymond greeted Chris while extending his hand, which was immediately shaken by the alpha of the Blood Moon Pack.
“Thank you so much.”
Raymond smiled and gave a small nod, then turned to his wife and daughter who had been standing behind him. “Ah, let me introduce you. This is my wife, Florencia. And this is my daughter, Elena.”
“Hello, I’m Christopher Elard. It's an honor to meet you two.” Chris shook Florencia and Elena's hands in turn, of course, with a faint smile on his face.
“It is an honor for us that you are willing to come to our pack. I hope you enjoy the banquet we have provided.” Florencia smiled gracefully.
“Of course.”
After some pleasantries, Chris was escorted to the guest room to rest. Calista was supposed to be in charge of escorting him, but since Elena kept trying to steal chris' attention, she insisted on taking Calista's job.
“Hm … Chris, what do you want to drink? I'll get it for you.” Elena asked with a seductive smile.
Chris, who realized that Elena was trying to get close to him, immediately rejected her subtly. “No need, I'm still not thirsty right now. Thank you, Miss.”
“Don't call me like that, just call me Elena. I seem to be even younger than you. So there's no need to talk too formally to me.”
“Ah … well, Elena.” Chris called back the name of the girl beside him informally.
Elena smiled with satisfaction. She hoped this was a good start for her to get close to Chris. Then not long after, the two of them arrived in front of the guest room that had been tidied up earlier.
“Here’s your room. If you need any help, just call me, okay?”
Chris nodded in understanding, then smiled until his dimples showed. Of course, this succeeded in making Elena even more fascinated with Chris. Her desire to have him was getting stronger.
“Well then, I'd like to rest now. Thank you very much for taking me here, Elena.”
“Oh yes, my pleasure. Take your time.”
After bowing her head, Elena turned her body around and walked away from the guest room that would temporarily become Chris's room.
After the door closed, Chris immediately closed his eyes, inhaled the scent that was now stabbing his nose, and then opened his eyes again. “Hm … got you!”
The next night, the annual ball of the Northwest Packs was officially held. The event went smoothly as planned. Until it came to the end of the event, Elena was getting ready to plan something. "You drank too much. Are you okay?" Elena pulled out an empty chair and sat next to Chris. "Yeah, I am." Chris looked fine despite drinking so much alcohol. He wasn't even drunk at all. It seems like he has a very high tolerance for it. Elena was silent for a few moments. She thought she could get Chris drunk with just alcohol. Fortunately, she had anticipated this beforehand and prepared another plan."Still, you should neutralize it with water. Hold on, I'll get it for you." Elena walked into the kitchen and got some water. But before she gave it, she secretly put an aphrodisiac into a glass of water to be given to Chris. "Here it is, Chris." Elena gave Chris a glass of water she prepared. Chris was trapped. Without suspecting Elena's intentions in the slightest, Chris immediately drank
The wind blowing against the skin was soothing for the two people who were looking at each other. The sunlight coming in through the crack in the window was also warming.Chris smiled calmly, trying to give peace to the girl who was now staring at him. Chris' hand reached out to Agatha's small face, rubbing it gently as he continued to give her his calm smile.Slowly, Agatha's faint smile appeared, her hand resting on Chris' hand on her cheek."Thank you," said Agatha briefly, who then bowed her head.Without answering her, Chris brought Agatha back into his arms. Another peck was given to the girl's head, trying to channel his affection. ***A few hours later, Chris decided to return to Mr. Raymond's house after spending the night at Agatha's house. Of course, he returned with Agatha, holding her hand."Good afternoon, Mr Raymond." Chris walked into the living room, holding Agatha's hand with him.Raymond, Florencia, and Elena, who heard Chris' greeting, turned their heads simultane
"Chris! Where have you been?"Lewis, the beta of the Blood Moon Pack and also Chris' best friend, had just entered the guest room in Raymond's house which was now a temporary room for Chris. His gaze wandered, trying to locate Chris who he hadn't seen since the party yesterday.Chris, who had just finished changing after soaking with Agatha in the hot spring in the forest earlier, immediately turned to Lewis while buttoning the last button of his shirt."What's wrong?""Last night you just disappeared from the party. We didn't even see you until this morning. Did something happen?"Chris smiled. Then he walked over to Lewis and put his arm around his best friend's shoulders."Yes, something just happened. Guess what I found last night?"Lewis looked confused with a furrowed brow. "A deer?"Chris laughed. He removed his hand from Lewis' shoulder and walked towards the open window. "You won't believe it."
The chirping of birds sounded so loud in the ears. The wind blowing against the skin was soothing. The shy-looking sun was slowly shining. Chris was pensive as he stared out the window, as if he was waiting to hear from someone he was looking forward to. And not long after, there was a knock on the door of Chris' room. "Come in." Without looking back, Chris invited the person who knocked on the door to enter. "Hah ... I have a bad news today." Lewis sighed heavily and walked inside after closing the door of Chris' room. He immediately sat down on the sofa. "What's wrong?" Chris turned around and frowned in confusion. Lewis stared at Chris for a long time. He was suddenly unsure whether he should tell Chris about this or not. With a faint sigh, Lewis got up from the sofa and walked closer to Chris. "I've been looking into Agatha's situation. She's currently unwell." "What do you mean?!" Chris straightened up, looking at Lewis seriously. Lewis sighed some more, before finally s
The grass that was stepped on, bore witness to the rage felt by the daughter of the alpha of Moon Stone Pack, Elena Asher. After apologizing to Agatha, she went straight back to her house with her mother, Florencia. Her steps were heavy and fast, leaving Florencia behind."Elena, wait!" Florencia tried to catch up with Elena by quickening her pace. However, Elena didn't listen to her and continued to walk briskly ahead until they finally arrived at their house. The girl's steps were then taken into her room, and the door was closed."Shit!" Elena threw the vase of flowers in her room. The glass vase was broken and scattered all over the floor. Paying no attention to it, Elena walked through the broken glass and sat on the edge of the bed.Had she not been scolded and threatened with expulsion by her father, she would never have apologized to Agatha. Never."That bitch!" Elena bit her lip. She was annoyed by Agatha's expression, which seemed very happy in her eyes when she apologized to
After handing over the affairs of the pack to his beta, Lewis, Chris immediately rushed to the Moon Stone Pack by himself. Fortunately, it was still afternoon so Chris could get there without having to walk in the dark. Chris led the way through the forest, which was quite peaceful with only the sound of insects and the flowing river. He remembered his first meeting with Agatha in this forest. A smile spread across Chris's face. He remembered Agatha's shocked expression when she realized she was being watched by him. He also remembered how he was so mesmerized by Agatha's beauty that he forgot to greet her. "Ah ... I can't wait to see her." Chris quickened his pace, then transformed into a wolf and ran towards the Moon Stone Pack.Upon arrival, he headed straight to Agatha's house, without greeting Raymond as the alpha of the Moon Stone Pack at his house first. For some reason, he had been feeling bad since this morning. He had to make
Unlike Elena's house, which was very big and had many rooms, Agatha's house only had one bedroom. The kitchen and living room in Agatha's house were in the same room with no partition. Therefore, Calista felt awkward and confused about how to respond to Agatha's request that Chris be allowed to stay overnight. Fortunately, the last time Chris was mating with Agatha, she was busy with the annual ball held at Raymond's house, so she didn't go home that night and stayed late into the morning. But this time, she was at a loss as to what excuse to give, nor could she suddenly ask Raymond or Florencia for overtime with nothing to do at night. Chris, who saw Calista's confusion, realized that his mate's mother was looking for an excuse to reject him. "I will stay here for one night only. If I get permission, I will use the living room as my place to sleep for the night." Calista shook her head quickly. "How could I let a guest sleep outside w
Silence greeted the five people who were sitting across from each other in a spacious living room. Two of them just looked down, confused about how to behave. They had never sat in the same place as the Alpha and Luna from their pack before. "So, what are you trying to say Chris?" Raymond's question just now managed to break the silence. Then, Chris smiled slightly, turned to Agatha, and took her hand. "You must have guessed what I'm here for. But I will tell you again clearly. I would like to get your permission to bring Agatha to my pack." "Of course I give my permission. When will you bring her?" "Today. If you give permission, I will bring her after this." Hearing Chris' answer just now, Elena, who was eavesdropping on their conversation from behind the dividing wall, accidentally dropped the glass in her hand. Instantly, all eyes were now on her. Seeing Elena who was not in her room, Raymond immediately got up from his seat, and approached his daughter. "What are you doing
