I found it difficult to breathe after her revelation. I don't know if she was lying or trying to say the truth but whatever she was aiming at had totally worked because her news has just broken me to the core. At first I thought that I didn't hear clearly but when she has said it for the second time I knew then that she wasn't joking about it. The look on Davion's face also told me that he wasn't expecting such news as well. He looked shocked as though he will pass out anytime soon.

"Aren't you happy for me?" She asked excitedly while I struggled to keep the tears at bay. "I just told you that I'm pregnant. Why aren't you excited as I am?"

"You're pregnant?" Davion asked and she nodded. He darted his eyes towards me but I quickly averted my gaze so that he doesn't see how much did news has affected me. Just when I thought that I was finally learning how to crawl, this had to happen for the second time again.
