Where am I ?

I groaned loudly, opening my eyes .

I could feel my head banging from each corner of my body , it was just as if I had a block on top of my head .

I couldn’t understand why the pain was so strong that I had to close my eyes back .

When I tried opening my eyes again , the only thing I could feel was just a slight pain .

I opened my eyes and when I looked around , I could see that I was in a room .

Though the room was warm and cozy , I could see the dark paintings of beautiful drawings on the wall that made it looked beautiful .

I tried my best to understand what was going on as I found it so hard to understand.

The only question that rang thruyfh my head as I laid there was just one question .

“ where was I ?

The fireplace in the room was still burning , and I could see the beautiful Shelf and the table there with just a few books and at the other side of the room was a wardrobe .

The room was so fine and gave off that cool aesthetic vibes .

I didn’t know where I was , but the next moment , I felt everything riding into my head like a bang and that was when I realized what was going on .

I could remember seeing myself in the cave with the guy I had seen in our town the other day , but then I felt something hit me in my head and I passed out .

The only questions I couldn’t stop asking myself kept ringing in my head and that was when it really hit me hard ,

I had been kidnapped .

The moment I realized , I jumped out of the bed and rushed towards the door and getting to where it was , I banged so hard against it .

“ help “ I screamed as loudly as I could , no matter what it was , I knew that someone could hear me .

“ Please help, I am being held hostage against my will. '' I screamed so lifky that anyone passing by could hear .

I wasn’t ready to stop bagging against it until I saw who it was that had gotten me kidnapped .

“ the door was instantly opened and I fell to the floor almost immediately .

I looked up and I saw a man dressed in a guard uniform , I knew it was one from the way he looked at me .

“ fuck , the king is going to have your head for this “ I heard another person scream and wheh I turned , I saw the guy that I seen in that cave rush towards me .

He rushed towards me , and just before he could hold me up , the most coldest and terrifying voice that I had ever heard in my entire life stopped him .

“ Get your stinky disgusting hands off her “

I instantly turned to where the voice was and when I looked , it was him .

He had worn a different pair of pants and t-shirt , the anger in his face was one that I had never seen in the face of any man before .

I could tell that if he held me , he could tear him into different pieces .

“ I am sorry your highness, I was only trying to help”

He walked to where I was and then stared at me with his brown eyes staring directly into my soul , I could literally see him in me .

“I don’t want your help or anyone of your you touching her “

He turned to me and stretched his hands towards me .

I ignored his hands and stood up on my feet .

“I can help myself “ I told him the moment that I was up .

I could see a sudden look of anger flash through him but strangely he covered it with a smile .

All the men that were there bowed their heads to him and then walked away .

He pushed me back into the room gently and then he shut the door quietly .

I had so many questions going through my mind as he closed the door .

This was the first time that I was going to be in the same room with a man. For some reason I felt scared of this stranger that I knew nothing about , but another part of me loves every inch of being with him .

I stood beside the door nervously eating my fingers as I tried to hold my shred .

I wanted to say a 100 words at the same time .

“ Did you kidnap me ?”

The question burst out of my mouth .

The moment I made that statement , he turned it looked at me and just chuckled and ignoring me., he sat on the chair that was just by the door and turned to look at me .

“ How do you like the room ?” He asked me ignoring the questions that I had just thrown at me .

I didn’t know how to react seeing him act that way , I had so much anger building inside of me at this moment , the pain and everything , I could feel it .

“ How dare he ignore me and try to start up a conversation with me .

“You know what Octavio or whatever you call yourself , I do not give a fuck about who you are and what you want from me , I thank you so much for saving me from that monster but right now and at this moment , all that I am saying is that I want to go home , the ritual is over and just want to go back home to see my mom “

“ my mom would be worried sick about me , right now , I do not know how many days that I have been away after the ritual , but one certain thing is that I just want to get home with my mom , please I am begging you , let me go home “

I didn’t know the tears were easily dripping out of my eyes , until I saw the drop on the floor .

So many emotions flowed through me at that moment , I had so much to say but just a few words came out .

I wasn’t one to show my emotions to a stranger but this one got me , I just wanted to see my mom , I am homesick at this moment , I mom , sister My fathers and then my stupid uncle that thinks that he can have the town after my father because he thinks that I wouldn’t make it .

I heard him whisper some words and looked at me in disgust , I couldn’t understand why he was so mad staring at me but his face said it all .

“ please “ I begged looking at him again with tears rolling out of my eyes .

Octavio stared at me and hit his foot on the foot , and then he looked directed into my eyes .

“ You are not going home girl , this is your home now , get used to it “ he stated codly .

When I heard That statement from him , I felt the chills run down my spine , it felt like it was a joke and at the same time it felt so serious .

What he means by this is my home now and I should get used to it .

He was just playing a prank on me and I knew that .

“ I am playing no pranks on you , I have told you that this is your home now , you should be happy and lucky to even be here , you know what would happen next , the guards are going to come direct you , be obedient to then , it would take you a long way .

“ You are joking right ?”

I rushed towards him and held his hands as the tears dropped more out of my eyes. I knew I looked pitiful as ever but I didn’t care , I just wanted to go home .

He brushed his hands off me and looked at me in disgust .

“Fuck “ he cursed out angrily like I had done the most crispiest thing to him .

“ you disgust me , do not ever touch me again , you might lose one of your fingers if you do ''

That moment he looked at me in anger , the brown eyes had instantly turned red and turned back .

Right now and at that moment , I wasn’t sure of the kind of mess that I was in , one thing that I was sure of was the fact that the man right there wasn’t Octavio that I had seen that night , this man was a different monster entirely .

I stood still rooted to a particular spot without any words coming out of my mouth .

I couldn’t say a word , but when he got out , I fell to my knees weakly and the remaining tears I had left in my eyes began to pour out .

I was doomed , caged and locked in an unknown town far away from home .
