Seeing the surprise on Suzy's face, the owner raised an eyebrow. "Oh, you didn't know! I thought he made the request just for you."

After all, back in those days, it was usually only Suzy who would come to dine after evening classes.

"It probably wasn't because of me." Suzy couldn't imagine anyone treating her that way during her junior high days.

After having a conversation with the owner about the school's changes for a while, Suzy didn't want to delay them from heading home to get some rest, so she decided to take the set meals as takeout.

Leaving the shop, she saw Liam waiting for her on the opposite side of the road.

He hadn't followed her into the shop; he was just standing there, smoking a cigarette.

"You've never been here before, have you?"

As a wealthy young man, he should have looked down on this kind of food that common folks ate.

"I have."

Liam extinguished the cigarette, casually taking the takeaway bag from her hands, then continued walking beside her.
