Suzy felt like she was walking on eggshells.

Breathing the air in Park Group felt both thrilling and terrifying.

"Didn't he already announce his marriage? Is Liam doing this to honor his wife?"

"Perhaps you should ask Mr. Park about that!"

How should Alec respond?

Liam had strictly forbidden any gossip.

"Never mind, I won't trouble you anymore." Suzy's shoulders slumped. "Thank you, Mr. Lincoln."

"You're welcome." Alec smiled, then glanced at his watch. "Mr. Park's meeting should end in about an hour. Just wait for him at his reserved parking spot."

"Just give me the address, and I'll go by myself!" She wanted to stay as far from Liam as possible.

"Ah, Miss Chase, what’s the point in struggling now? Maybe Mr. Park really just wants to discuss work with you. The more you resist, the more awkward it becomes for everyone. Or… do you have other thoughts?"

Suzy was speechless.

Alec was about to leave but suddenly stopped at the door.

"By the way, I have something to say."
