Chapter:19: A successful surgery First!!

Pacing around the living room, Matilda has an aggrieved look on her face. 

While fingers were pressed tightly against the phone, she is holding.

Within a splitting second, she flung the phone against the wall and it came shattering down.

At that moment, Maddie walked in bearing a smile on her face.

 When the phone had hit the wall, she clings her body together fearfully.

“Mom!, what did you do? Why are you acting so crazy!?

Maddie asked with a pouted expression, without getting any answers, she walked up to her and wrapped her hands around Matilda's waist.

She drew her into a hug.

With outrage, Matilda hugged her back.

After a couple of minutes, Matilda disengaged from the hug, still wearing her resentful expression.
