Caleb walked towards him and grinned. “Dad, Miss Bea said that we are going to eat now.”
Callum nodded his head as he followed his son. He saw Bea already seated and Caleb sat beside her. He chose the seat across from her which he immediately regretted because he suddenly felt so awkward. Just why the heck was he feeling that way? He was supposed to be an adult so why was he acting all embarrassed from a child’s teasing?
He noticed that Bea cut the pancake into small sizes before she put the plate in front of Caleb. She was truly thoughtful towards him, huh?
