Chapter 924

When Jace returned to the courtyard with Henry and Zachary, Sage had drunk more than she could handle. The bottle beside her was half empty.

The courtyard still had a light atmospehere. The men had not finished their drinking and chatting yet. Flynn tapped Sawyer on the shoulder and kept calling him a little brother in a very intimate manner.

The women started playing card games on the table. Faye watched them and helped her mom as a strategist.

Sage was sitting along by the fire. She drank in silence and looked lonely.

Under the moonlight, she looked like a lonely shadow in the darkness of the night. Jace's heart ached to look at this scene.

"Sage, why are you drinking alone here? Come one. I'll join you for a drink."

Zachary walked over with a big grin and took a glass with him. Henry came with a glass as well and both of them surrounded Sage with more drinks.
