Chapter 318

Dean and Jim feasted on Sage's cooking in the hospital ward.

Dean lay in his bed, watching Jim as he devoured the clams, shrimps, and other seafood. He stared in envy.

Dean gulped and swallowed. "You've had enough. Just give me one more."

"No way." Jim shook his head and showed Dean the note that Sage wrote.

"Miss Sage said that since you've just had an operation, you're not allowed to have too much seafood in case of an infection. You have to listen to your doctor."

Jim spoke as he stuffed the remaining shrimps into his mouth.

Everything was gone. Dean could only watch him eat.

Dean was dissatisfied as he only got to taste a small amount of Sage's cooking. He sighed, "Can't believe Miss Sage is such an excellent cook."

Jim cleaned up the garbage, and he exclaimed pridefully, "Of course! Miss Sage's cooking is fantastic."

No one was truly her opponent—not even the national banquet chef.
