Mabilis na kumalat ang balita sa buong Grey City na nakidnap ang pamangkin ni General Hans.

Nagpakalat na ng army niya ito sa buong syudad at ganun rin ang iba pa niyang mga kaibigan upang tumulong sa paghahanap. He also asked the Emperor if they could watch the exits para masigurado na walang makakalabas ng basta basta.

Agad namang pumayag ang Emperor.

All of these happened ng wala pang 24 hours.

Actually, Sebastian also deployed his own people. It was not like matatahimik lang siya sa paghihintay.

This was exactly what Emy was being scared off, though. This kind of publicity. She wanted to live ordinarily once na makatakas siya sa kamay ng mga kidnapper niya. That way, she could easily seek revenge.

But because of this, people would have their eyes on her for quite sometime.

Well, narinig kasi niya ang usapan ng magkapatid kaya nalaman niya ang ginawa ng uncle niya. Binalikan siya ng dalawa kinabukasan at mukhang problemado ang dalawa.

"Paano na natin siya mailalabas ng city? All the exits are blocked."

"We will find a way. Andito na tayo eh. Ngayon pa ba tayo magbaback out. And I can't just accept to be defeated by this girl easily. If we have to kill her, we'll do it."

Emy heard movements of chair. Someone stood and walked towards her.

Then naramdaman niyang may sumabunot sa kanya. Hindi niya napigilang mapangiwi.

"Bitch, you can stop pretending now." Hinigit ni Kelly pababa ang buhok niya and that made Emy looked up. Though nakablindfold pa rin siya.

Kelly waited for her retort pero ngumisi lang ang dalaga. Lalo namang nag-init ang ulo niya dahil doon. She slapped her.

Napasinghap si Cherry sa lakas ng sampal ng kapatid niya kay Emy.

But she was not content by just that. Kelly slapped her other cheeks too. And the other one. And then the other one again.

Hanggang sa pakiramdam ni Emy ay nangangapal na ang pisngi niya.

Then Kelly lifted her face again by grabbing her hair.

"Ngayon ka ngumisi, Emy." Hamon nito sa kanya.

Emy could just simply cursed in her brain. Hindi niya bibigyan ng kasiyahan si Kelly. Kaya naman kahit masakit ang pisngi niya she smirked again.

"You!"

Pero may pumigil kay Kelly.

"Don't overdo it. Gagawan pa natin ng paraan para maibenta siya sa brothel. If she's badly abused, baka wala ng bumili sa kanya." It was Cherry.

"Fine." Then Kelly spat on her. "Bitch, pasalamat ka at may purpose ka pa. If not, I could have mangled you."

Naramdaman niya na nagsialisan na ang mga tao sa kwarto na kinaroroonan niya. She sighed and touched her cheeks. It was hot from Kelly's continuous slaps.

And yes, natanggal na niya ang pagkakatali niya mula pa kagabi. She always had blades in her sleeves and look how useful it was at these kinds of happenings.

She removed her blindfold saka niya ginamit ang hem ng dress niya para punasan ang mukha niyang dinuraan ni Kelly.

"I see... So you have taken off your hand ties already."

Nagulat si Emy when someone spoke. When she looked up, she saw Diana. She kept her expression impassive.

Umikot ang dalaga at doon nito nakita na sira na ang gapos niya. Saka ito nakangiting lumakad ulit papunta sa harapan niya.

"I can tell why Kelly and Cherry are angry with you. They hate intelligent people." Diana laughed. Saka nito inilahad ang palad niya, asking for her blade.

Of course, hindi agad iyon ibinigay ni Emy.

"You better hand that now. Kapag nalaman pa ni Kelly ito. She will definitely go berserk."

Napahinga ng malalim si Emy saka niya inilapag sa kamay ni Diana ang blade niya. Not because she was afraid of Kelly but because she wanted something from Diana.

Agad namang tumalikod si Diana at lumapit sa mesa. Pagbalik nito ay may dala nasiyang baso ng tubig.

"Drink."

Emy just looked at it suspiciously.

Diana laughed again.

"Come on. I am not going to ruin their plans by just poisoning you."

'Just poisoning'... Napailing na lang si Emy bago iyon kinuha at ininom. She left some atsaka inihilamos sa mukha niya.

"I also have some cookies here. You can have them." Diana threw a bag of cookies on her lap. "You will need your strength. As I have seen Kelly earlier, I know she won't be nice to you."

Agad namang kinain ni Emy yung cookies na binigay ni Diana. Not that she trusted her. But she knew that Diana wouldn’t spoil the bigger plan. Isa pa, poisoning was a mercy for her and she wouldn’t give that to Emy.

"Why?" Emy asked in a hoarse voice. Her throat was too dry at kahapon pa din siya walang kain at iniinom. "Why do you want them to kidnap me?"

"Were they talking about me?"

Tumango si Emy.

"Tch... Stupid. However, malaman mo man, it's not like you can escape here."

Diana took a chair saka siya naupo sa harapan ko.

"I have nothing against you to be honest. Yung pagkakatalo mo sa akin noon sa chess? It might hurt a bit my pride but I won't really care about you... kung hindi ka lang malapit kay Lucy.

"Yes, blame Lucy. She messed with me kaya naman I want her to suffer. And you are my perfect piece for that.

"Bukod pa doon, Kelly and Cherry are both angry at you. I have just taken that to my advantage."

Napahinga ng malalim si Emy. She knew that Diana might want to make Lucy suffer one day pero hindi niya naisip na siya ang gagamitin nito.

Naisip niya agad ang reaksyon ni Lucy. Malamang she was in anguish. Mukha lang matapang si Lucy, but she had a soft-heart for her friends. She was probably thinking now that it was her fault at kung ano ano ng senaryo ang maiisip nun.

Dagdagan pa ni Franco. Malamang, it was also Diana's goal. She wanted Franco to hate Lucy. Alam nilang pareho how Lucy fancied Franco. And the fact na napapalapit na ang dalawa sa isa't isa, Diana wouldn’t let that happen. She would ruin Lucy's happiness at all cost. Lalo pa ngayon that the Black Council was not doing good.

Naalala naman niya ang sinabi ni Lucy nung isang araw. This must be the reason why Diana suddenly stopped the attack of the Black Council.

"Ubusin mo na yang mga cookies. I still have to tie your hands again."

Ginawa naman yun ni Emy. Diana gave her another glass of water bago siya nito itinali ulit.

"Well, goodbye, Emy."
