"Don't worry, I got you," Adrian said, his voice calm as he took my hand in his.

"Let me go! You caused this in the first place!"

"What do you mean me?"

"If you hadn't pestered me, heaven wouldn't have taken my words literally!"

The plane shook violently as everyone began screaming and saying prayers loudly. Panicked, I dug my fingers into the chair as I closed my eyes tightly.

Biting on my lips hard, my eyes remained closed as I reminisced on happy memories. Taking deep breaths, I tried my best to calm my nerves down.

"This is your captain speaking, we have successfully landed in west side California. We apologize for the turbulence. We had experienced a little fault but it's all good now."

Hearing the announcement, a wave of relief engulfed me as I exhaled deeply, my breaths shuddered. A cold sweat escaped my forehead as a tear threatened to escape my eye.
