Chapter 6~ Dante's POV

The next morning, as I reached his office, I placed a call to Ruth on the landline in my office. Once the call got connected I began, "Hello, Ruth, how are you doing,"

"I'm great sir, I hope you received the the text message I sent to you sir," She inquired.

"Yes, I did, please can you inform Miss. Skye, I want her in my office right away," I ordered.

"I will inform her right away sir, and congratulations on your first day at work sir," Ruth added.

With a slight smile, I responded, "Thank you," and instantly I disconnected the call as I returned to my filled-up table, with for Valerie's appearance in my office, as I had plans she won't ever see coming.

After an hour, I was still infused in my work when I remembered, I had yet to see Valerie, then I placed the call once again to Ruth, "Hello Ruth, I am yet to see Miss. Skye, didn't you inform her, I want her in my office?" I asked.

"Sir, I did inform her instantly, I got off the call with you, and she told me she would be in your office swiftly but now you are saying she hasn't come, I am also in awe sir," Ruth explained to me.

Taking a deep breath, I already understood what was happening, so I told Ruth, "Nevermind about it, I will sort it out,"

"Very well sir," she said, and so the call got disconnected.

Dropping the receiver on the telephone, I smirked softly, "Acting all tough, huh? I guess I will have to go to her myself, then I'd see how she would escape talking to me,"

Then I stood up and headed to her office with the help of some of my employees I met on my way there, I finally got there.

Slightly knocking, She huffed out a question, "Who is there?"

But I intentionally didn't give a response, so I gave a knock once again, "Who is there?" She asked, but this time, there was a hint of anger underneath her voice.

Still, I refused to answer her, but before I gave the third knock, her office door was suddenly opened, as she found out it was me, her frown face, shifted immediately, "Oh! It's you," she said.

"Come in," She uttered, with a slight sneer.

Entering her office, she closed her door, as I looked around I noticed there was no way to reflect outside what was happening inside, so I decided to take my chances with her.

Offering me a seat, "Please sit down," She said. I began with a question, "Why have you refused to appear in my office when I asked Ruth to call you,"

"I'm busy, and I don't have time for you rubbish talks, staying away from you brings less violence to me," she responded, as she rolled her eyes.

Seeing her eyes, all I could think of was fucking her so hard just like the other night.

But still composed myself, as I thundered out, "Do you realize it's your boss you are talking to,"

"Oh, I forgot, BOSS, I was busy, and you can see it not like you are blind," she blotted out.

With that, I stood up to where she was seated, and I lifted her jaw, which resulted in her looking me in the eyes, So I said, "Whether you like it or not, the night we had will be repeated countless times, and there is nothing, I mean nothing you can do about it, and never let it out of your head that I, Dante Blaze is the man you had a one night stand with and trust me, I will make you mine,"

Saying this, I saw the fear in her face, and then I freed her jaw from my hand.

Trying to regain her grip, jutting her chin in defiance, " You are so wrong about me, I am not cheap neither am I weak, I am not a thing you can toy with, whether you are my boss or not, my position in this company gives me the power to do whatever I want and there is nothing you can do to stop it,"

"Oh really, "I teased her "We will see about that," and so I stormed out of her office.

With that, I decided not to go directly into my office, so I headed to the office garage where my car was parked and so I drove out.

A few seconds later, I stopped at a restaurant close to the office, as I needed to have a drink to relax my nerves, entering there, I had my seat and signaled to the waiter to bring me an alcoholic champagne and without wasting time, he brought it to my table.

Drinking it, a beautiful but stunning woman walked into the restaurant with so much elegance in her steps I was so damned because that lady is so fine and I am moving close to her.

Patiently I waited, as I watched her seated and ordered her drink. As soon as I discovered, she was in her comfort zone. I called out to the waiter by signaling.

And hurriedly, he came, "I'm here since," he said with a bit of professionalism in his voice.

"Do you see that lady in a denim jumpsuit," I said slightly pointing.

"Yes, sir I see her," He uttered.

"Can you please add her bill to mine," I instructed him.

And so he nodded his head and quickly he returned to his post. Not too long, the beautiful lady, waved at the waiter, as she wanted to settle her bill.

Upon the waiter, reaching there, he waved his hands to her by stopping her from paying and pointed his hands in my direction, causing the lady to look at me.

I waved at her in a flirtatious manner, which prompted her to invite me to her seat. Seeing this, I knew I was already a player in this lustful game of mine.

The moment, I reached there, I stretched out my hands to her as a means of greeting, "Hello beautiful," I said to her.

And with a blush on her face, she placed her hands on mine, as she responded, "Hello handsome, I must confess, you do know your ways around women,"

"Well, I'd take that as a compliment," I said to her, wearing a wide smile.

"Please have your seat," She offered.

And snappily, I pulled out the second chair by her table and had my seat.

"So, may I know your name, "I started, initiating my player mode.

"Well, I am Lidia, Lidia Robinson," She responded.

"I guess your parents took their time in finding a name for you because it suits you perfectly," I praised.

Chuckling, she said, "Thank you, so you haven't told me your name by chance or isn't that how it works,"

"My apologies, senorita, my name is Dante, Dante Blaze, and I am single by the way," I introduced myself.

"You are a funny man," she teased.

"Anyways, you know why I am here, I saw you from a distance, and babe, you took my breath away, if I am not too forward, may I have your digit, perhaps we could hang out sometime," I requested.

And to my surprise, she instantly agreed, and we exchanged numbers, trust me, she made everything easy for me.

Soon after that, I said to her, "It's nice meeting you Lidia, I have to run off to work now,"

And lifting her hands toward my lips for a kiss, I continued with a glint of charm in my eyes, "I will call you tonight that's a promise to you, mama,"

She reddened at my words, leaving a smile on her face, and with that, I headed towards the exit door of the restaurant and left.
