Chapter 90 ~ Christine's POV

Seeing Dante wall away with the bouquet of lilies made me feel raged even more but I couldn't express how I was feeling.

Because I had to pretend I had changed, especially now that Raymond's here.

I didn't want to leave a room for suspicion, to avoid him ruining my plans.

Suddenly, Raymond spoke as he directed his words to me.

"Christine, I didn't know you are now on a friendly note with the family again," he said.

I had to wear a fake smile as I replied to him, "Yes I am now, who am I not to forgive,"

Mrs Blaze chimed into the conversation as she uttered, "Come on Raymond, quit disturbing dear Christine, do not be such a big bully,"

I took a deep breath as I found confidence that I had Dante's parents' support.

"Okay, okay, my bad, I apologize, Miss Christine," Raymond apologized audibly.

But I saw him mouthed inaudibly words to me from a distance, "I am watching you,"

I didn't care what he thought but all I knew was that no one was coming to dis
