Chapter 93~ Dante's POV

Hours went by and I was focused on my work then suddenly the thoughts of Valerie flashed through my thoughts.

Wondering what it is I could do for her to forgive me.

As it is, I needed her forgiveness but I wasn't going to rush things with her.

Because, I want it to be her true wish to forgive me.

But then, I suddenly remembered, I should check up on her, though I won't be on a call with her directly.

So, I thought to call my mother.

"Where is my phone," I said to myself softly, searching for where I was.

Suddenly, my eyes went to the bookshelf in my office, only for me to find it there.

"There it is,"

Taking a deep exhale, I walked my way to where it was.

And getting there, I took it and turned on the phone.

Only to discover I had a missed call from Mister Robinson, who was an old client of mine.

"I'll call him back," I spoke out as checking on Valerie's arrival was heavied in my heart.
