87| Excited feelings

Derrick sat in his car on his way back home, still deep in thought as he remembered how beautiful Miranda looked.

"I cannot believe that was Miranda. She looks so beautiful now," he said as he gazed out the window while his chauffeur drove towards the city. Night had fallen, and the whole area was dark. Derrick also recalled how handsome his son looked. He had been a father for six years without knowing it.

"I could have just taken Oliver along with me, but I know he would worry about Miranda," Derrick sighed as he saw his phone ringing again. It was Nicole calling him.

"Hello, Derrick, where are you?" Nicole asked, and Derrick replied, "On my way home. What's the problem?"

"Nothing. Mom asked me to call you and see if you had arrived," she said.

"Okay, I will be home soon," Derrick replied, to which Nicole answered, "Okay."

The phone call disconnected, and Derrick went online to glance at his social media friend list. Miranda hadn't unblocked him, and their last chat was still there.
