As I went back to my pack, I kept scratching the back of my head. This was supposed to give me peace knowing I was finally able to stop Logan from asking stupid questions I do not have an answer to or should I say questions I do not wish to give an answer to.

He should have just remained shut, but he pushed me. I shook my head, trying to clear the thoughts off my head. It wasn't my fault. Selene didn't say these words to him, but telling Logan a fake story was the only way for him to stop. I believe I didn't do anything wrong.

While I was about heading to my quarters, I suddenly bumped into Theo.

“Dad, where are you coming from?”

He asked while working over to meet me.

“Well, let's say I went for a walk and decided to come back home when I got tired.”
