Thirty Three

I open the door to the suite's room and it reveals Ruby, looking enthusiastic as ever, dressed in a very short Jean pair of shorts and white T-shirt.

"Mrs. Knight '' She beams, stepping in with her purse and some kit.

I close the door behind us and then to Vilda to see her looking at me in a way that says, this isn't right.

Well if she wants to know what's not right, it's Liam ghosting me.

Ruby and I step into the suite's bedroom and I close the thick foggy glass behind us, so Vilda can hardly hear anything we would say. The living room is big and far away from the bedroom but still, it's safer to close the door. I don't want her walking in on us and yelling, don't tell a stranger about your relationship with Liam.

Ruby's not a stranger, and Vilda can never do that. She would rather not get involved with a lot of things.
