Chapter 29

Raymond had been sent to fetch Rafe while His father had gone to have a meeting with Mr Jones Vones, concerning their family and Rafe. 

Rafe’s father had agreed to meet Mr Jones Vones at the old abandoned warehouse. When he arrived, he was greeted by a gruff looking man in a black suit. He introduced himself as Mr Jones Vones' guard but Raymond's father had never seen him before.

Raymond's father was told to wait and later offered a seat. He sat waiting for Mr Jones Vones. Rafe’s father didn’t say anything, he just stared at the man. 

Soon Mr Jones Vones arrived. He told him into an office space and then, he proceeded to tell him why he wanted to see him. 

"I successfully delivered the location of the girl to you. You tortured my son and almost killed him. We have already asked for your forgiveness. Please, can you let my son be? Please forgive him and let him go."
