2024-05-21 02:32:49Conri was at a table outside the tent, steepling his fingers. He understood where Badulf was coming from, as much as he trusted Nuala, he understood this was actually a risk that had to be taken to help his pack find a family again. Speaking of which he stretched forth his neck, looking out into the woods. He wondered where Nuala was. He walked into where Badulf and other werewolves were seated and signaled Badulf to come. Badulf obeyed.
"Look man I'm sorry about earlier" Badulf explained
"I haven't seen Nuala" Conri interrupted
"We have to find her"
"I'll check the woods, you check around the tents" Conri commanded and Badulf nodded.
They both went their separate ways searching for Nuala. Conri entered the woods as he heared a scream, he's sharp claws came out and immediately, he shifted into his wolf and ran further.
Nuala held a stick to the wolf's teeth as he attacked her, struggling to bite her. Suddenly another wolf came jumping right over her attacking the Ash wolf. Nuala, gasping for air and watching this brown wolf fight for her and she tried to get up to run but fell. The brown wolf looked at her and their eyes met, she recognized those burning eyes from the night of the full moon. As the brown wolf was deeply staring at Nuala the ash wolf attached with a scratch on the brown wolf and began to run, knowing he cannot defeat the Alpha.
"Conri! Conri!" Nuala ran towards the brown wolf as it shifted back to human form.
"Are you alright?"
"I'll be fine" He groaned,
Badulf came running
"What happened?"
"Quickly! he just escaped find him!" Conri commanded and Badulf immediately shifted and ran after the ash wolf.
"Come on! Let's move to the tent" Nuala said as she assisted to lift him up. She noticed he was naked, she covered her mouth with her hands releasing him to fall on the ground and immediately turned away
"Owwww! What was that for?"
" I .... I think you should come to the tent on your own" she moved her head continously.
"You can't leave me here, I just saved your life!" Conri wasn't so badly hurt, he just wanted her to take him inside as he enjoyed her presence.
"I'm sorry Conri" Badulf said coming out with heads bowed, holding a pair of pants." Ilost him".
Nuala sighed relief, she could finally leave them
"Well Badulf's here, he'll help you inside"
Nuala left for the tents.
The two men looked at themselves
"You don't need any help, do you?"
Badulf asked Conri with a raised brow
"Of course not!" Conri dragged the pants from Badulf's hand and gave him a stern look. Badulf on the other hand understood he just ruined Conri's moment, he grinned and tilted his head away as the two men headed for the tent.
The next day, they were having a meeting comprised of Conri, Badulf, Nuala and three other werewolves from the pack. Conri was sitted, resting his chin on his hand while Nuala folded her arms in a corner, relaxed on the wall.
"Why would Boris want to hurt Nuala?"
Badulf said, pinching his nose.
"This doesn't make sense! He told us about Nuala being powerless!" Another werewolf exclaimed.
"He's aware we need her" another added and then there was silence.
"Someone sent him, Boris is a follower, he's following orders" Conri broke the silence and Nuala wondered what fairy would want to harm her and this meant the fairy is well aware she's with the wolves.
"Dismissed" Conri commanded
They all left whispering about Boris's betrayal while Nuala was about to step out.
"And where are you headed" Conri looked at Nuala who was already halfway through the door.
"Do you want me to stay?" She responded calmly
"Yes please." Conri blinked
She stepped forward to where Conri was seated.
"Thank you for protecting me. I could've died, but you saved me."
"It shouldn't have happened, I'll do better"
Conri leaned forward and squeezed her hands in a fist,
"you mean so much to me Nuala, the more I see you the more I need you" Conri continued.
This was the first time she had heard him called her name, and it made her heart flutter. She thought of how to run away soonest, as she was getting attached to this man-wolf. Nuala arched her back and flipped her long black hair backwards slowly. Conri then raised her clenched fist and he kissed it.
"I need some air" Nuala released her fist and walked out of the tent leaving Conri's hand.
She felt so bad for toiling with his emotions, he was gonna break if she leaves. She also thought why she should Care, he doesn't give a shit about any Fairy, well she was of course an exception. Nuala was lost in thoughts and she closed her eyes and she saw Saria standing with Boris. She opened her eyes immediately and wondered what it meant. Nuala was aware her sister wanted to be Fairymother but she had thought Saria wouldn't go as far as wanting her dead, She'd hoped.

The Wolves reside in a dense, ancient forest that lies on the outskirts of Greiner, far from the prying eyes of the Fairies. Here, they have lived in seclusion for the past years. They had numerous tents filled with male werewolves as the fairies were able to get rid of all female wolves and they can't mate with a fairy because the power of the fairy can't allow a wolf grow. And all fairies had power. However they've been surving hiding from the fairies in the woods but they refused to grow weak. Their Alpha, Conri was ruthless and dauntless, but he cared alot for his pack. Conri stood at a far mountain with a single wolf, as he awaited Badulf's feedback. He was getting impatient as he sensed footsteps coming behind him, he knew it was a fairy and he didn't flinch as he could smell that this fairy was powerless, he became aware it was fairy they wanted. "Oh look at you" Conri smiled turning towards Nuala, "being such a good fairy." He added"Why don't you tell your pet dogs to let that fairy go, I am who you need." Nuala stared at his burning eyes as they glowed in the dark, she could see he had brown hair, and he was tall, well-built and so hot. She stretched forth her neck to see what or who was calling them, but Badulf struck her head with his fist and she went unconscious. "Mother, are you awake?"Peri opened her eyes. It was day and she could feel the rays of the sunlight. Saria was seated on Peri's bed and Aidan was standing right next to them."Where ...is.....where is Nuala?".
