I lift my face from the bed and wince. I gripped my jaw and sighed.

Memory of the other night starts flooding in and I can't help but smile.

"You sleep like the dead. It's 3 in the afternoon and I've tried to wake you up so many times." I turned around to see Alexander leaning on the door.

"Good morning to you too." I rolled my eyes.

"How are you feeling?" He asked.

"Sore. My body, my ass, my jaw-" We lock eyes and Alexander smiles.

"I can help you release stress?" He offered.

"No, thank you. I think your meaning of releasing stress might just cause me another hours of sleep and more soreness, thank you very much." I say and he smiled.

"Dante came looking for you. Probably thinks I killed you and hid your body." Alexander says and I chuckle.
