Serena's face was cold, she would always remember her despair back then and had sworn that she would never forgive him.

"You're close to him?"

Jack's face was full of mockery as he looked at her fingers, "Aren't you married? Where's the ring?"

Serena's face froze, her wedding to Matthew was just a formality, not even a real church, and where would she get a ring.
