Matthew ran out of the café. “Christina, what’s the matter?”

She pretended not to understand. “What?”

“You were rude just now, and you embarrassed me.” He complained. “Michael saved you that night. Besides, his mother is your senior, you shouldn’t be so rude.”

“She calls herself a senior?” Christina’s eyes flashed with hatred as she recalled the torture she suffered three years ago. “I hate people who take advantage of their seniority. As for Michael, do you think he genuinely wanted to save me?”
