“No. No, please. Not my former pack!” I cried out.

It feels as if my hair will get ripped off my scalp in no time. Struggling not to make my back come in contact with the ground, I threw my legs in the air in continuous protest.

He’s not listening.

We reached his car and I was thrown inside the backseat by his men, who tied my hands today instantly and then the car zoomed off.

I realized he didn’t join us inside this car but took another which followed closely behind us. That increased my panic. How did I cross the little thin line left of me?

The car raced through the woods, and my butt stayed frozen against the seat. Meanwhile in the front seat, the driver faced ahead, his face giving nothing away.

My heart was synching with the roar of the car’s engine. I can feel it.

When the car took a sharp turn, it threw me against the door and my breath got stuck in my throat. Luckily, the driver quickly got on the right path. I sighed at my doom.
