Adonis gave her his attention as his beautiful green eyes canvases over her smooth, coffee-colored skin enhanced by the dim lighting. “No. You're the first lady I felt compelled to say something like that to,” Adonis says as his gaze burns into her soul while a muscle barely tensed in his lean jaw.
