My heart pounded in my chest as I pulled my car over in the parking lot. I turned off the engine and sat in there, unmoving. I stared down at the coffee shop situated just meters away from where I was. Chris was waiting in there for me, I was nervous. I had called him earlier after school ended to meet up. He had asked us to meet at my parents house but I refused. I had told him to let us meet up somewhere else instead, a public place preferable.

Adriana was at my house and I needed some privacy to speak with Chris. And I know a public place isn't the best place to get some privacy, but it was the best I could get. Or maybe I was just trying to be cautious, incase he decided to get violent there would be people around to help. Not that he has ever given me a reason to think he was a violent person.

I let out a sigh. I needed to do this. My phone rang in my purse and I was quick to fetch it out. My heart suddenly dropped in my chest as I saw the caller ID. It was Chris calling.

He stopped, his green eyes darkened as he and peered intently at me. His brows drew together as a look of puzzlement crossed his face. He shot me a quizzical look and said, "I don't get what you mean by that?."I let out a sigh and looked down at my feet. A moment passed by before I looked up at him again."Chloe...explain what you mean by—" he started but I cut him off."I'm not Chloe. Don't call me that. I know you are confused and I'm going to explain.""Then start explaining!." "Yesterday morning, we found a note in Chloe's room. She...she left. She didn't want to get married to you so she disappeared. My family had to keep their own end of the bargain so I had no choice but to get married to you." He had a blank stare on his face like he was trying to process all I had said. His brows knitted together."So at the altar, that wasn't Chloe?." He asked and I shook my head."No, that was me. I'm Lesley.""And at the park. The conversation, the kiss..." he trailed off."That was al

Three days passed and I still hadn't gotten the divorce papers. Chris was yet to send then and I was starting to get concerned. I mean he couldn't have changed his mine, could he? I contemplated calling him the first few days or even send him a text message to remind him that I haven't gotten the divorce papers yet but then, I decided to hold on for a few more days. I mean it does take time to prepare divorce papers, right?. Three days became a week and I knew I couldn't hold off on calling him again. It was now late on a Sunday evening. My mom and dad were out on their weekly Saturday date so I was the only one at home. I had been in the living room binge watching one of my favorite tv shows on Netflix all day. I decided to take a break and call Chris. I walked up to my room over to my bed side table where I had been charging my phone and unplugged it. I was just about to dialed his number when his call came in. I immediately clicked on the answer button and took a deep breathe b

Rays of sunlight peeked in through the windows, disturbing my much needed sleep. It was the first good sleep I've had since I moved in with Chris. I glanced at the alarm clock on the bedside table. It was almost seven o'clock and school starts by 8 am.Hesitantly I crawled out of my bed and walked to the en-suite bathroom. I started with brushing my teeth. When I was done with that I washed my hair with my favorite vanilla shampoo before taking a quick shower. Thirty minutes later I was done and dressed for school. I was wearing a long sleeved black dress that reached just mid thigh. I paired that with black wedged sandals. I sat in front of my makeup table and did my daily minimal makeup which consisted of just mascara, eyeliner and lipstick. I have always wished I could do my makeup like those girls on the cheerleading team who look like they had just walk out of a model shoot but well, I was good at many things but makeup isn't one of them. When I was sure that I looked good enoug

"Where are you going?." I asked Andreas.I had just finished with dishing out the pasta I cooked. I had expected Andreas to sit at the table with me but instead he picked up the food and wanted to walk off somewhere else."Er outside." He gestured to his back."Why? Sit here with me, I don't like eating alone." I told him. "Are you sure that is okay?." He asked cautiously. "Of course it is." I gestured at him to come over with my left hand and then used my right to put a forkful of pasta in my mouth. "Don't be shy to tell me what you think of it."He settled in the chair situated across of me on the table. The next twenty minutes was just the two of us eating our food as quietly as possible. The sound of our cutlery against the plates could be heard. I glanced up at him and he happened to look up at me at the same time. I have him a small smile before looking down at my plate again. "Do you like it?." I asked him after washing the remnants of the food in my mouth down with water.

The rest of the day was pretty much uneventful. Andreas and I had been in the living room, watching tv for the longest hours before I decided to retire to my room. I was scrolling through Chloe's page on Instagram checking to see if there was any new post or comment on her page. There was none. I opened my messages and clicked on Zach's name."Hey Zach." I had texted. My finger hovered above the send button as I contemplated whether or not to click on it. I decided not to as I didn't want to bother him. He had told me not to contact him and I was trying to respect that. Since our break up, I had only run into him once in the hallway. I remember that I had stopped and waited, I didn't know whether or not to say hi or wave at him. Zach on the other hand didn't pay me a second glance, he didn't acknowledge or even try to say hi to me. I knew then that he meant it when he had said he wouldn't acknowledge me if he ever saw me again and that I should bother to either. I cried for minutes

"Are you going somewhere?." Andreas asked as he entered my room. It was around ten in the evening when he walked inside my room to inform me that he was going to bed. I was sitting at my dressing table, watching a makeup tutorial on YouTube as a guide to how to apply my makeup."Yes," I said slowly trying not to move a single muscle on my face as I applied my mascara on my eyelashes. "Where?." He asked as he walked further into my room. "You don't have to know since you won't be going with me. Shit!." I cursed when my hand suddenly drew my eyeliner wings badly. This is why I hate talking when drawing my eyeliner. I was nowhere near perfect. "Fuck now I have to start again.""Start what again?." He asked as he stood beside me. "My makeup. I ruined it already." I turned to face him and pointed at my disastrous wing. "It looks like freaking Halloween makeup. I don't know how these girls do their makeup effortlessly. Makeup has got to be one of the hardest things to learn on earth." I

"Lesley!." Anna shrieked as I walked over to my locker. She wrapped her arms around me hugging me tightly to her body. Her hug was so tight I feared she would cut off my oxygen circle. "Oww Anna you are going to suffocate me." I managed to say. "Oh shit sorry." She said as she pulled away. She grinned at me and I frowned at her. "I could have died!." "But anyways that isn't important. What is important is that, have you heard the news?." She asked with large blue eyes. Adriana had always loved to gist, and gossip about everything. Her eyes usually spike up at conversations like that and her eyes are usually as wide as they are now. "What news?." I asked with a small frown. She face palmed herself. "Lesley! Do you even attend this school? You never know about the hottest gossip in school.""And that is why I have you, to tell me about it."She nodded. "That's true. Anyways..." she looked left and right before ushering me to come closer. I took a step closer and she lowered her v

There was a knock on my door. All part of me had been expecting it to be Andreas seeing as I left the house all evening with Chris and didn't get back until late at night. My body shook from excitement as I walked towards the door. He came just at the perfect time, just when I needed him. I wasn't as drunk as I was before, but still, I was just as horny as a rabbit. I was already anticipating all we would do. His warm hands were all over my body and his soft lips molded mine. I could only hope he wouldn't reject me like he did that night. I pulled the door open and my face fell. My heart dropped in my rib cage, I was extremely disappointed. Standing at my doorway was the last person I expected to see. "Chris," I called. "What are you doing here?." I asked. He had gone to his room the minute we arrived so why was he here now? I found myself asking. His eyes were fixated on mine, staring intensely into them. "Can I come in?." He asked and I nodded."Um yeah, of course." I opened t

"What is wrong?." Mr Jackson asked looking from me to Chris. "Did I say something wrong? Did I get the name wrong?." He had this nervous look on his face. I was expecting Chris to say something, anything to tell him who I really am. But he didn't, he just stood there rigid and tense. "I'm Lesley," I spoke up. Chris might want to make people think I'm Chloe but I wasn't going to let that happen. I mean I can't leave my parent's house, my freedom, and be living with him only for him to want me to pretend to be my sister in front of other people. "Oh, my bad. I must have gotten the wrong name then. It's a pleasure to meet you, Ms. Lesley." He stretched his hand out again and I took it."The pleasure is all mine, Mr Jackson." I gave a polite smile."If you would excuse me, Mr. Storms." He gave a curt nod before walking away. The air between Chris and I was stiff after. Chloe has always been a tough topic for him to discuss. He usually becomes all quiet and tense whenever her name is m

We pulled up outside the gate of a large building. A vast compound lay before the building. "Why aren't we going in?." I asked Chris. Wondering why he didn't want to park his car inside the vast compound like the others had done. "It's gonna take longer to drive out if I park my car inside." He got out of the car and I did the same. Carefully arranging my dress so that the high slit wouldn't show more than I intended to do. We started walking towards the gate and I could see the long pathway that stretched to the front door of the building. "What is this place?." I asked mesmerized by the luxury before me. I couldn't help but notice the cars parked in the compound as we walked down the pathway. Most of the cars were luxurious cars that cost a fortune. It was safe to say that everyone inside the building is freaking wealthy. "This is Mr. Smith's house." He said, cooly. What in the world...The building was so high you would have to crane your head far backward to see its full he

The rest of our ride home was awfully quiet. I couldn't help but notice it. It was almost like Andreas had little to nothing to say to me. After leaving the pharmacy, we stopped at McDonald's to get some burgers and fries. I had asked him for what he would like to other and he replied with just "anything." I was left with no other chance but to buy him the same thing as I had. Each time I asked him a question he replied with either a yes or a no and if he didn't have an answer to my question he would shrug. I end up deciding to not say anything anymore or ask him any questions. He was mad at me, I know it but what I didn't know was why he was mad I mean I had my guesses but I wasn't exactly sure if that was the reason, if I was right or not. I mean why does he care so much about me getting pregnant? He was acting awfully lot like my parents or worse a brother I never had. But, I don't want him to be my brother or act like it. I wouldn't kiss my brother if I had one. "Why?." I sud

School was stressful like always. I was relieved when the last bell for the day rang. Without wasting much time I walked out of the class, Andreas standing just in the hallway."Hey, handsome." I greeted with a grin. He smirked at me and my eyes lingered on his bee-stung lips. I wanted nothing but to pull him close to me and kiss him hard. But I couldn't do that, not with everyone here. Aside from the fact that I'm not really into PDA, high school students are the worst when it comes to spreading rumors. The rumors about me dumping Noah for an old rich man had just died down, I didn't want another rumor about me kissing my bodyguard to brim up. They wouldn't understand that my marriage isn't even real, it's all a sham. Not even Adriana knows that though Chris and I live in the same house, we seldom see ourselves."Hey, ready to go home?." He asked and I nodded. He cleared a path for me through the busy hallway till we found ourselves at the garage. "I almost forgot how busy high schoo

"Stop! Stop please." I told Andreas. He was hovering above me and was about to kiss me when he froze at my words. I could see the confusion brimming in his eyes as he looked up at me."What? Did I do something wrong?." He asked with widened eyes. I shook my head at him. Suddenly I felt so exposed to him. I was in my birthday suit and he, he was in his boxer briefs. I pulled the bedsheet and wrapped it around my naked body. "Did I do something wrong, Lesley?." He asked again. There was this fear in his eyes that he might have hurt me in some way. "Did I...hurt you?." I shook my head. "No, no Andreas you didn't hurt me. You didn't do anything wrong either.""Then...why?.." he trailed off."I just, I'm not in the mood anymore." I shrugged my shoulders. It was the half-truth. The other half was that less than twenty-four hours ago I had been with another man. I might be a hormonal teenager but I'm not really into sleeping with two men in less than a day."Oh." That was all he could s

I did have a good night's sleep. The best I have had since I started living at the Storm's mansion. I had slept so soundly that I didn't even hear my alarm ring. It wasn't until the morning sun hit my face that I jolted awake. I stretched my arms in my bed as I sat up and then took a glance at my bedside alarm clock.Shit! It was almost eight o'clock and school started at eight thirty am. I was going to be late. I jumped out of bed quickly and dashed to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth first before washing my hair with my favorite vanilla shampoo. I could smell myself, I still smelled like sex. I scrubbed my body after, washing off any remnant body fluid from last night. I had been so tired when I got back to my room the previous night that I didn't bother with taking a shower or washing whatever body fluid was left on my thighs. I wrapped myself in a clean towel when I was satisfied with my state of cleanliness. I walked over to my closet and got dressed in this cute top I had boug

My fingers found their way into his soft hair and fisted. His tongue darted out and licked my bottom lips. I didn't hesitate before opening my mouth wider for him to invade my mouth with his tongue. I let out a moan as his tongue met mine. He tasted like vodka and apples. Suddenly I was in the air. He had lifted me and my legs were wrapped around his waist. My nightwear rode up to my waist exposing my bare ass. He let out a growl when he realized that I had no underwear on.Without breaking the kiss he walked us to his room and then he sat on it with my legs still wrapped around him.
