Watching the sunrise

The night was far spent but we barely noticed, too engrossed in the laughter and the memories. It was such a wonderful night but at last, it had to end. We needed to all go home but it was a successful girls' night and we only remembered we had homes to be when Min walked to our table and said "Hello wife, I think it's time I drop you ladies at home."

I called Mr. Jiang and he arrived with a car fit for all nine of us. "Thank you," I whispered to him as we all settled in the car.

He nodded and took off to drop all my tired friends at their apartments. While we drove off into the night, we continued our discussions dragging the fun for as long as we could but slowly the group reduced until it was just me, Agnes, Min, and Mr. jiang in the car.

"It was an incredible day," I smiled as we arrived at the apartment complex.
